Through this notice, CSC Valhalla (hereinafter “Valhalla Club”), informs users of the website https://valhallamadrid.com/, in compliance with Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations, so that they can decide, prior, unequivocally, freely, and voluntarily, whether to provide Valhalla Club with the personal data requested in order to contract the various services offered on the website.

Users are therefore informed that any personal data provided will be incorporated into a file, the owner and data controller of which is Valhalla Club, with its registered office in Barcelona, Spain. The data will be processed to maintain the relationship as well as to manage, administer, provide, expand, and improve our services.

  • Availability, meaning ensuring access to the information system by authorized personnel, including the member themselves.

Membership Control

Possible transfers to third-party collaborators will always be subject to prior consent or arise from the free and legitimate acceptance of a legal relationship whose development, fulfillment, and control necessarily involve connecting such processing with third-party files. This also applies when such transfers are required by mandatory legal regulation.

Unless otherwise explicitly specified, it is necessary to complete all required fields in the web forms truthfully, accurately, completely, and in an up-to-date manner. Otherwise, Valhalla Club may, as appropriate, deny user registration or the specific service requested.

Likewise, under data protection regulations, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by sending a written communication to the club directly after completing physical registration. Valhalla Club is not responsible for the direct club membership; our website facilitates the pre-application process, which merely serves as a notification for both the user and the designated club. For questions or inquiries, email valhallamadridclub@gmail.com, including proof of identity and specifying “PRIVACY POLICY” in the subject line. Specific consent will be required. The request must include the full name of the person making the request or their legal representative, proof of representation, a statement of the request, an address for notifications, date and signature of the applicant, and any supporting documentation.

If the request does not meet the specified requirements, corrections will be required. Access rights will only be denied if the request fails to meet the requirements and does not demonstrate legitimate interest. No compensation is required to exercise these rights.

Requests to delete identifying user data while their relationship with Valhalla Club is active will not be fulfilled.

Membership Cancellation

In compliance with Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and the amendments introduced by Law 32/2003 of November 3, on General Telecommunications, acceptance of this clause by entering personal data in the contact forms also implies consent to receive communications via email. Users may object to the processing of their data for this purpose and revoke their consent at any time by sending a written email to the club at valhallamadridclub@gmail.com, with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line. Specific consent will be required. Valhalla Club is not responsible for processing cancellations once the user has completed physical registration at the club.
